This could be anything from smoking (or other addictions) to moving your thinking from disempowering to positive empowering thinking, or to have self-discipline, be more accountable etc.

It is when we FINALLY get to that point, of feeling that we have had enough of playing a small game in life, that we really step up and take the necessary action too get the results we want. This is a powerful time, because we are also saying to ourselves, I have had enough of being a victim, it is time for me to consciously create my own life.

We were all born to be winners, not victims! Unfortunately, we learnt the negative patterns through our childhood, we were unconsciously programmed, and now it is time to de-program the BS, what is not serving us, or our highest good.

We are consistently receiving awesome feedback from many of you who are coming to the monthly DNA & Heart Activations. Creating that monthly habit is a good thing also, as you are consciously stepping up and creating the life that you really want. It all starts on the INSIDE.
