What a Year! How has 2014 been for you?

This has certainly been a year of ‘deeper’ work for many. As we are winding down and preparing to move into 2015, the year of real action, we are all taking a few big breaths and coming back into our centres.

Yes, it has been challenging for many, with more detail, and obstacles to dance through and master.

Are you ready for the change?

This is an important time to reflect over 2014, to embrace the learning’s you have received, especially those that came dressed up in some form of challenge.

As you reflect, looking back over the year, ask yourself,
“What am I grateful for throughout 2014?’
Write a list of things you are truly grateful for, and go into the state of gratefulness, or as they say, the attitude of gratitude. Always reminding yourself of the Universal Law of, what you are grateful for, you always receive more of.

We have just completed the 99th day of the Power of Love 99 day Boot Camp Coaching program, and what a journey! Such Phenomenal transformations and growth is a blessing to see. I honour the participants for playing Full On. What is even more exciting is that most of the team are joining me in stepping up to the next 99 day challenge, The Power of Your Spiritual Power. I am really looking forward to the magic.

I have recently started a blog, in which I am sharing information every day, particularly videos which you will find very empowering. They are predominantly relating to the Heart, Mind/Brain, and Inspiration. You will have already noticed that much of my work is focused on changing the way people think, focusing on creating or manifesting what you want, and living in your authentic power.
