Overwhelm Can Not Reside in Your Heart

I have had a good dose of technology challenges over the last few weeks, and, being more a people person than a technology guru, it can be easy for me to allow my energy to slip out of my heart and up into my head, when I am dealing with any serious detail. So it would be safe to say, that technology is not a natural strength of mine. Do I hear a resounded “Yeah, I understand” from other people focused people out there? And if you are a techie lover, as I smile, I probably know exactly what you are thinking too.

It is all too easy to lose our energy through ‘what is happening in the outside world’ if we do not keep our focus on being present in our hearts. When we energetically shift up into the head, we go into overwhelm, and slowly stress can take hold. There are many things that will help to create ‘this happening’ like; conflict; health; dysfunctional relationships; financial stress; grief etc.

It has been such a pleasure being with the attendees at the Power Of Love Awakening workshops. There were many similar ‘issues or road blocks’ appearing with people in these workshops, so I will be addressing some of these over the next few weeks, the first one being Boundaries, something many people do not have much of an understanding or grasp of. It is very different to protection, which comes from more of a fear base. Having powerful boundaries, gives you incredible freedom and authenticity.

A good practice for you, is to start to make a definite decision to honour your boundaries. Does NO mean NO to you, or does it mean maybe, or perhaps even Yes? And does YES actually mean YES? Start by simply honouring your word. More on this next week.
